Heath has provided leadership in the consumer goods industry with Nabisco, Kraft, Mondelez, Post, Chiquita, and Ahold-Delhaize. His work received an Effie Award for Oreo ads, AAAA recognition for Planters PR, and multiple awards for package design from Graphic Design USA, Store Brands Magazine, and American Advertising Federation. His tenacity has resulted in him appearing as Mr. Peanut on national TV. He is passionate about food, design, strategy, photography, health, and ecology. Heath got to know Team Creatif as a client for two years, and later joined the agency to lead Team Creatif USA.

Edouard Goutay brings a global perspective and agency experience. His role is to expand and drive prospecting efforts and business development. Recently, Edouard led the private brand team at Lidl USA when the company expanded to North America. He was a client of the TCUSA office in 2018-2019 for about 100 projects. Then, he worked with our Paris office in 2019 for additional Lidl design and photography. Earlier in his career, Edouard ran Imagine Design agency from an office in Spain. He utilizes his family background (with parents from USA and France) to provide perspective that is multi-cultural.

In addition to working with clients, Lindsay leverages her skills in strategic thinking, branding, marketing application, and consumer insights to help sculpt an informed direction for the creative team to explore. She completed her Bachelors degree in Marketing and Innovation at the UNCC. Lindsay studied abroad and worked with executives from various agencies like BBDO and Crowley. Before working with Team, she managed consumer experience at a recreational sports company.
In her spare time, Lindsay can be found at the local music venue, paddling down the Catawba river, or lounging on the couch enjoying a sour beer and a good film.
